1. Why should you buy custom-printed mailers?

These shipping bags are made with 100% recycled materials and are 100% recyclable. They’re especially popular with companies who want to tout their environmental message.

3. How many custom-printed mailers do you need?
We can custom print your promotional message with minimums as low as one case of bags. This means you can order only what you need, reducing storage space and, more importantly, optimizing your cash flow.
Planning a special promotion? Order a small quantity to advertise your special event. Not sure which message will most effectively tell your story? No problem! Order a few cases of each to test the waters.
4. Design your bag
Once we have your order, we provide you with a bag template.
Send your artwork. It can be submitted in illustrator (.Ai) or PDF format.
Specify the number of sides.
Select ink colors. Number of colors will impact the price of your printed bags.
Need help with design?
No worries! Ecology Packaging has a super art department that can assist. Just drop us an email, attach your logo with a sketch of what you’d like, and we’ll send you a quote to build artwork around your vision.
5. Select your ink color(s)
Choosing a stock ink color from the chart below will reduce your costs. You can print with up to two colors on our shipping bags. If your brand requires, we can do custom ink matches for an additional fee.

6. Approve the proofs
When necessary, we’ll send ink-drawdown proofs for your approval, and then you’re off to the races!
Please note, due to seasonality and order volumes, please allow up to six weeks for post-print orders and up to 12 weeks for high-volume inline orders.
